You see who is coming before the first visit. If they are away, we name the backup before the day, not after.
Unhurried hours
Travel to the flat is paid, door to door, and so is the trip between homes. The last twenty minutes are not spent catching a tram.
Products, your way
We bring what we clean with. If you prefer your own, say so and we use those instead. You do not have to leave a basket by the door.
Declared and insured
Heimklar is the employer. Accident cover, damage handled in days, a stated excess. No voucher instead of a fix.
A person who answers
WhatsApp to the coordinator, in English or German. Cancel or move a visit up to 24 hours before.

Keys are the product. We treat them that way.

Right to work
Permit checked against the passport before a trial. EU/EFTA is straightforward. We do not hire off the books.

Two homes, called
References from households where they already had a key. We ask if anything went missing, and why it ended.

A paid trial
Two or three hours in a real flat. We stay for the first hour and leave for the second. The work has to hold without us.

Record extract
After the trial, a private criminal-record extract. Justified because they will be alone in your home. They order it themselves.

German or English good enough to read a checklist and send a message if they are running late.

Six visits, then keys
You tick a short checklist after each early visit. One no-show ends it. A premium book does not get a second chance.

How much does household cleaning cost in Zurich?

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?
- Yes. One named person. If they are away, the backup is named before the day, not after you open the door.
Is the cleaner employed, or a freelancer I pay in cash?
- Heimklar is the employer. The work is declared and insured. There is no cash on the side.
